Peachy Iced Tea Sangria
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of your favourite iced tea (Peach or black tea work great)
- 1 bottle of CRISP white wine (like a Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 2-3 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
Instructions:
- In a large pitcher, combine the iced tea, white wine, and brandy.
- Add in the sliced peaches, orange, and raspberries.
- Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve over ice. The longer it sits, the more the fruit will infuse into the sangria.
Watermelon Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- Ice
- Salt and extra lime for the glass rim
- Watermelon slices for garnish
Instructions:
- Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth and strain to remove any seeds.
- In a shaker, combine the watermelon juice, tequila, lime juice, sugar, and a handful of ice. Shake well.
- Rim your glass with a lime slice and then dip in salt.
- Pour the margarita into the glass, garnish with a watermelon slice, and serve!

Bittersweet Orange Fizz
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Wilfred's Bittersweet Orange & Rosemary
- Thomson & Scott, Noughty Dealcoholized Sparkling Chardonnay
- Fresh rosemary sprigs and orange slices for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a glass with ice and pour in the Wilfred's Bittersweet Orange & Rosemary.
- Top with the Noughty Dealcoholized Sparkling Chardonnay and gently stir.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and an orange slice. Enjoy!
Floral Citrus Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Gnista Bitter Aromatic Floral Wormwood non-alcohol spirit
- Thomson & Scott, Noughty Dealcoholized Sparkling Chardonnay
- Fresh ginger slices and a twist of citrus peel for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a glass with ice and pour in the Gnista Bitter Aromatic Floral Wormwood non-alcohol spirit.
- Top with the Noughty Dealcoholized Sparkling Chardonnay and gently stir.
- Garnish with a few slices of fresh ginger and a twist of citrus peel for an elegant and refreshing drink!
Hibiscus Cacao Cooler
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Melati Non-Alcohol Botanical Spirit
- Fresh lemon or lime juice to taste
- Ginger beer to top
- Fresh hibiscus or edible flowers for garnish
Instructions:
- In a glass filled with ice, combine the Melati Non-Alcohol Botanical Spirit and fresh lemon or lime juice.
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a fresh hibiscus flower or other edible flowers.
The floral notes from the garnish will complement the botanicals in the mocktail beautifully!
