This is the perfect location for offsite meetings, team building events, birthdays, anniversary celebrations, retirement, going away parties, staff training and so much more. Our Tasting Room can comfortably accommodate 8 - 12 guests seated, 8 - 25 guests standing or up to 85 guests for the entire store.

Our tastings feature 6 wines, which will be paired with a cheese and charcuterie platter. Looking to upgrade to something more? We’re happy to work with our local partners for enhanced menu options.

Packages start at $65+GST/person with flexibility to upgrade to premium products. (Minimum of 8 people for private events)

We will not process your payment until we confirm availability with you. 

By booking, you agree to the following terms:

  • A minimum of 8 people x $65(+GST) payment is required in order to run the event.
  • The final guest count and full payment (minus deposit) must be confirmed and settled 72 hours before the event.
  • Due to AGLC regulations, wine servings are limited to 2 oz per pour.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

  • More than 60 days from Event Date: the deposit can be moved to different date, based on availability, or can be used as a credit in the store (full deposit to be used at once), should the event be cancelled all together.
  • Within 60 days of the event date: the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Within 3 days (72 hours) of the event: the final guaranteed numbers will have been fully paid and non-refundable.

In the event of a cancellation, if Vine Styles is able to rebook a comparable event on the scheduled date, the deposit might be transferable to another available date.

This purchase serves as a deposit. After completing the Event Booking Form (that will be sent to you via email), we will reach out to confirm your requested date and event details. The final invoice will be sent upon agreement.
