Bursting with redcurrant and black cherry and a gentle sprinkle of spice. Juicy and medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a fresh finish that makes it dangerously easy to drink. Think Beaujolais with a little more grip. Made by Gerhard and Brigitte, known affectionately as “the Pittis,” on their biodynamic family estate in Gols.
Perfect for Pizza night or a big bowl of pasta. Roast pork, duck and game are great matches too.
