The palate is crisp and vibrant, characterized by high acidity and a slight effervescence, delivering flavours of lemon zest, tart apple, and a mineral undertone. Its refreshing profile makes it an excellent companion to seafood dishes, particularly oysters, grilled fish, and traditional Basque pintxos. Serve well-chilled to fully appreciate its lively character. This comes from a single, 17-acre vineyard called Saratsu, located in Amorebieta, Bizkaia.
