Treixadura, a key white grape in Ribeiro, traditionally used in blends and noted for it’s aromatic finesse and vibrant acidity. Aromas of pink grapefruit, lemon zest, and honeysuckle lead to a palate featuring clementine, pear, passion fruit, and fennel bulb flavours. A subtle minty note adds complexity from entry through the vivid, salty finish.
