Fine, lively bubbles carry intense aromas of apple and white flowers. On the palate it's fresh, with well integrated acidity and a long, elegant floral finish. Lovely on its own as a celebratory pour, and equally at home beside light seafood bites, a citrusy ceviche or a plate of fresh melon and prosciutto. Also a natural fit for a brunch spread with pastries and soft cheese.
The fruit comes from Requena, an inland pocket near the Mediterranean coast where winemaking traces back more than 2,400 years.
