Aged for over 12 months ensuring complexity, roundness, and fine bubbles. The nose offers intense aromas of pear and apple, complemented by notes of lime and white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, with well-integrated acidity, leading to a long and elegant floral finish. Its freshness and complexity make it an excellent companion for fish, seafood, and rice dishes. It also pairs uniquely with well-marinated meat carpaccio or sushi. Serve chilled at 6–8 °C to fully appreciate its qualities.
