Aromas of orange blossom, flint, and pear with hints of green apple and lime blossom. The palate is medium-bodied with a creamy texture, showcasing flavours of honeydew melon, citrus zest, and a touch of bitter lemon. A saline minerality and vibrant acidity lead to a long, refreshing finish. Pairs beautifully with poached fish, seafood, asparagus, grilled white meats, or vegetable risotto. Hand-harvested from vineyards near the Tyrrhenian Sea, benefiting from maritime influences. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by 4 months of aging on fine lees.
