Aromas of orchard fruit and citrus with a crisp, inviting palate. It’s light-bodied yet lively, showing bright acidity and subtle minerality—perfect with seafood dishes, grilled fish, light salads, or as a refreshing aperitif chilled at 10–12 °C. Produced by Cantine Patria, located on the northern slopes of Mount Etna in the Patrìa region. The estate also makes Etna DOC wines from Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, and Carricante.
