Mendoza, Argentina – 100% Chardonnay
Aromas of lemon zest and almond intermingle on the nose. On the palate, it is dry and medium-bodied, culminating in delicate notes of yellow apple, nectarine and marzipan, with a rounded texture from nine months in French and American oak. A polished, gently oaked white that stays fresh rather than heavy. Serve at 10°C to 12°C for optimal enjoyment. Perfectly pairs with roast chicken, creamy pasta, grilled salmon and soft cheeses.
