Mendoza, Argentina – 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Juicy and fruit-expressive, with aromas of blackberry and mulberry. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with firm, chewy tannins and a fruity, medium-length finish. Fermented with wild yeasts in small concrete vats and aged 12 months in French oak, it earned 90 points from James Suckling. Serve at 16°C to 18°C for optimal enjoyment. Perfectly pairs with steak, burgers, empanadas and aged cheddar.
