Aromas of wild strawberries, red cherries, rose petals, blood orange, thyme, and a whisper of Mediterranean scrub. Light to medium-bodied and silky, it dances on the palate with crisp acidity, gentle tannins, red berry fruit, citrus peel, and a delicate saline minerality, lingering into a refreshing finish with subtle floral and herbal echoes. Formed by six local farmers in the mountain village of La Figuera (Montsant’s highest point), this co-op honours centuries‑old Garnatxa vines. Fermented and aged in underground concrete tanks to preserve fruit purity.
