Baden, Germany – 100% Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder)
Aromas of red cherry, plum, pomegranate, and a touch of warm spice are framed by subtle new oak. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and elegant, with juicy red and dark fruit, fine dusty tannins, and lively acidity. This would be great with grilled lamb, roasted duck, mushroom risotto, or charcuterie. Crafted from estate-grown fruit in loess and volcanic soils across Oberrotweil, Eichberg, and Kirchberg vineyards. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel with natural yeasts, followed by up to one year aging in used French oak foudres and barriques
