Riverland, Australia – Tempranillo, Nero d'Avola
Bursting with aromas of candied cherry, ripe raspberry, wild strawberry and red plum. On the palate, it is light-bodied, bright and easy-drinking, made for fun rather than fuss. Australia's answer to Beaujolais nouveau, it is hand-picked, fermented and bottled by June, just months after harvest, and is vegan-friendly. Serve lightly chilled at 12°C to 14°C to bring out all that juicy fruit. Perfectly pairs with charcuterie, wood-fired pizza, roast chicken, burgers and smoky barbecue.
