Vibrant aromas of cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, with layers of jasmine tea, fresh florals and subtle earthy spice. The palate is medium-bodied with juicy red fruit, gentle tannins, crisp acidity and a clean, lingering finish. Excellent with roasted poultry, game birds, mushroom dishes, grilled salmon. Otherwise enjoy slightly chilled as an elegant red. Farmed biodynamically by Gerhard and Brigitte Pittnauer on limestone soils in Gols. Naturally fermented with native yeasts, made without fining or filtration, and bottled with minimal sulphur.
