Marche, Italy – Predominantly Falanghina & Fiano
Aromas of melon and pomelo, with waxy and rich notes of red apple and watermelon, decorated with apple blossoms, dried flowers, and a touch of sandalwood. The gorgeously rounded mouthfeel and long finish reveal flavors of Anjou pears, red apples, and more of those waxy apple skin notes. Its richness and complexity make it an excellent companion for entrée salads and brunch fare. Demeter-certified biodynamic vineyards in Marche, with vines over 20 years old, trained in the Tendone system, and rooted in rich clay soils.
