The vines are bush vine trained, a method that allows the low-yielding vineyards to thrive in the harsh coastal environment, resulting in concentrated flavours. Ideal pairings include summer salads, grilled fish, poultry, and shellfish. The wine was aged for three months on fine lees in stainless steel, enhancing its elegance and depth.
