Aconcagua Coast, Chile – 100% Pinot Noir
Vibrant aromas of fresh raspberries, cherries, and subtle floral notes, complemented by hints of damp earth and spice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with silky tannins and a balanced acidity, leading to a long, elegant finish. Serve at 14–16 °C. Ideal pairings include grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, herb-roasted chicken, or a selection of soft cheeses. The grapes are hand-harvested from their vineyards in Zapallar and undergo meticulous vinification, including fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging in French oak barrels for 10–12 months.
