This is a wine that loves a proper Sunday roast. Try it with herb-crusted leg of lamb, a rich wild-mushroom risotto, or slow-braised short ribs. If you're keeping it casual, it's also gorgeous alongside a really good burger with caramelized onions, or a wedge of mature cheddar.
