This organic blend from Les Baux de Provence combines Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre, and Cabernet Sauvignon, offering a ripe cherry color with vermillion highlights. Aromas of scrubland herbs like aspic, rosemary, and dry grass vividly evoke the garrigue. On the palate, velvety tannins and a mix of fresh licorice and cherry deliver a balanced and pleasant experience. This wine, ideally kept for 3 to 5 years, is perfect served at 16-18°C and pairs beautifully with grilled lamb or hot goat cheese on mesclun.
