Beaujolais, France - 100% Gamay
Crafted from old Gamay vines, aged between 70 to 100 years, grown on south-facing vineyards with granitic and sandy soils. It has a deep ruby hue, with delicate aromas of red fruits like strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, it is ample and elegant, with a persistent finish that makes it a versatile and appealing choice. Serve at 17°C, this wine pairs wonderfully with charcuterie, red meats, and game dishes. Enjoy it young for its fresh fruitiness, or let it develop over 4 to 5 years for added complexity reminiscent of Pinot Noir.
