Crémant de Bordeaux AOC, France - 100% Merlot
An elegant pink bubbly with aromas of raspberry, sugared strawberry and crisp red apple. The palate is fresh and fruity, with a fine, creamy mousse and lively acidity, finishing on sweet cherry. Made in the traditional method similar to Champagne with 18 months of aging. Serve well chilled. It’s lovely on its own as an aperitif, and it really shines with food: try a charcuterie board, seafood fritters or planked salmon.
