Peloponnese (Nemea), Greece – 100% Malagouzia
Aromas of citrus, green apple, and white flowers lift from the glass, with ripe peach and a delicate floral perfume. The palate is bright and refreshing, with a saline, mineral thread that keeps it crisp, balanced, and lingering. A natural match for fresh salads, soft white cheeses, fried fish, and lighter seafood and it has enough aromatic lift to handle Asian dishes and a touch of spice.
Grown at 300–400m on clay-limestone soils around Nemea, Malagouzia is the winery's earliest-ripening grape, picked at the end of August. A cool fermentation (14–16°C) with no oak focused on its fruit and floral character.
