On the palate there’s tropical fruit core—pineapple and mango—balanced by warm oak spice, soft caramel and a whisper of white pepper. The finish is smooth, lingering with citrus zest and a touch of toasted coconut.
Served neat in a tulip glass this miniature makes an ideal after-dinner dram. Pair with coconut-crusted shrimp, mango salad with lime and mint or a dark chocolate sea salt square. Unexpectedly good with aged Gouda or a slice of pineapple upside-down cake.
