Sourced from high-elevation organic vineyards in the Haute Vallée de l'Aude, the grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed. Aromas of ripe red fruits, notably morello cherries, complemented by subtle notes of oak spice. On the palate, it is supple and smooth, featuring gentle tannins and a harmonious balance, leading to a delicate, fruit-driven finish. Excellent companion to charcuterie, savoury pastries, mushroom dishes, and roasted poultry.
