Aromas of apricot, pear, cherry plum, lychee, and vine peach. On the palate, it begins fresh, evolving into a rich and supple texture with a long finish. Delicate acidity brings forth flavours of grapefruit and white peach. This wine pairs well as an aperitif and complements starters, green beans, tuna, salmon, white meats, poultry soufflé, and cheeses. Serving at 10 °C enhances its aromatic profile. Aging includes 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 13% in acacia barrels. The wine is certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE). This wine comes from the granite, special soil of Saint-Vérand called plagiogranite
