Apricot, popcorn toffee and vanilla cream meet a bright zest of Meyer lemon on the nose. The palate is light in texture, with toffee, roasted chestnut and gingerbread. The finish turns honeyed with a touch of black pepper.

As the label explains, he travels to find casks to perfect the blend, adding them to his own Chichibu single malt to create what he calls a world whisky.
