
Colchagua Valley, Chile – 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Bright aromas of blackberry and black currant are complemented by grilled sweet pepper, vanilla, and a touch of eucalyptus. The palate is full and smooth with round tannins, fresh acidity, and a lingering fruit-driven finish. Perfect with grilled rib‑eye, braised short ribs, pork with herbs, aged Manchego, or a rich mushroom risotto. Made organically with biodynamic practices at Hacienda Araucano. Grapes are hand-harvested, lightly crushed, and fermented with 35 days of maceration. Aged 12–14 months in French oak barrels, 30% new, before bottling.
