Aromas of red berries, with earthy touches and a hint of vanilla. The palate is soft with concentrated fruit held in balance by tannin and acidity. Try it with grilled or roasted lamb, slow cooked stews, roast pork or a board of aged cheeses.
Sonhador means dreamer in Portuguese, and this winery is a partnership between Howard Bilton, a businessman from Yorkshire, and Chief Winemaker David Baverstock, who was named Winemaker of the Year in 2013 and again in 2015.
