Delicate floral notes of rose petals and distinct herbaceous notes tending into exotic fruits. Bright, fresh and delights with its very easy drinking smooth texture. Ripe cherries, crushed pomegranate, and slightly over ripe Raspberry. A minerality refreshing and persistent finish. 11% abv.
Suggested Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif but excellent with light snacks and salads. Try it with fish soups, grilled chicken and courses based on mushrooms.
