Starts off with aromas of Lemon zest and Granny Smith apple, layered with chamomile and white-flower notes. The palate offers fleshy Treixadura texture, bright minerality and crisp acidity with a subtle pastry-wash of lees that brings early richness and a long, clean finish. Perfect with seafood! Grilled octopus, fresh sea bass ceviche with citrus and herbs, or goat-cheese tartlets with spring peas and mint or a playful twist of truffled popcorn and Manchego cheese for something unexpected. The wine comes from a single-vineyard in the Miño river valley of Galicia’s Ribeiro, a region known for granitic soils and “burgas” hot springs.
