Rich red fruit such as plum, blueberry, mulberry layered with a floral lift. Well-integrated tannins and a brisk, mouthwatering acidity. Tertiary character comes through as a stony, mineral core underneath the fruit. This would be great with pasta in tomato sauce, pizza, or as a natural match for spicy Asian food.
Sourced from roughly 15 separate plots across Nizza Monferrato, Agliano Terme, and Moasca, vinified individually to capture the range of terroirs before blending.
