Notes of pear, subtle caramel, and a hint of minerality provide balance and complexity. The finish is clean and refreshing, making it an excellent companion for seafood appetizers, poultry dishes, or as an aperitif. Crafted using the traditional method, this Crémant undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle. Aged on lees to develop depth and character.
