A super fun blend, that imparts aromas of raspberry coulis, hibiscus, tobacco, and fresh thyme. On the palate, it is juicy with a burst of sour cherry, complemented by gentle tannins. The finish lingers with notes of blood orange peel and white pepper. Great with roast white meats, braised dishes, meaty fish, pizza, or red sauce pasta. Sourced from biodynamically farmed vineyards, the grapes are fermented and aged in stainless steel vats using indigenous yeasts. The soils comprise chalky limestone, clay, and gravelly loam, contributing to the wine's mineral character.
