
Abruzzo, Italy – 100% Trebbiano d’Abruzzo
Aromas of white flowers, pear, white peach, amandine and citrus zest. The palate is bright and mineral, showing crisp acidity, saline texture, and a lightly herbal finish with hints of chamomile and sage. Great on it’s own, but also excellent with seafood, goat cheese, asparagus, light salads, or fried chicken. Certified organic, made with hand-harvested grapes. Whole clusters are fermented spontaneously in stainless steel with extended skin contact, then aged on lees for four months before bottling unfiltered and with minimal sulphur.
