Pronounced floral aromas, along with notes of citrus fruits, peach, almonds, and sweet grass. On the palate, it is round, offering rich flavours with depth, balance, and freshness. Try it with seafood, pork tenderloin, white meats, and grilled fish. It also pairs very well with spiced dished, especially Asian cuisine. The vineyards have calcareous, lime-rich soils that are best suited for making wines with great minerality and freshness. The Grillo vines are Alberello trained (bush trained), with an average age of 20 years, situated about one mile from the sea.
