Aromas of citrus, green apple, and white blossoms lead into a vibrant palate featuring notes of stone fruits and a hint of marzipan. Well-balanced, combining freshness with a subtle creaminess, and concludes with a lingering, saline finish. Ideal pairings include grilled sea bass, scallops, roasted chicken, creamy mushroom risotto, or a goat cheese salad. Established in 1980 by Jocelyne and Michel Paquet, the estate is now managed by their sons Jean-Baptiste, Mathieu, and Camille. Committed to sustainable and organic farming practices.
