
Catalonia, Spain – 50% Garnacha Fina, 50% Garnatxa Peluda
Aromas of ripe raspberries and cherries burst from the glass, followed by subtle balsamic notes after a gentle swirl. On the palate, it has a medium plus body with an expressive and lush textured mouthfeel and a persistent, smooth finish. Ripe, well-integrated tannins and a fine balance of fruit and freshness round out this red. Pair it with grilled lamb chops, smoked eggplant, or Manchego with fig jam for a beautiful Mediterranean-inspired match. Decant for 30 minutes before serving at 16–18°C.
