Fine bubbles and a persistent mousse. The nose opens with white-flower blossom, citrus zest, green apple, chamomile, and subtle mineral hints. On the palate it’s fresh and focused—pear, lemon-curd, toasted hazelnut, and delicate brioche—with lively acidity and a clean, stony finish. A balanced, refined expression of traditional-method sparkling wine. Serve at 6–8 °C. Ideal as an aperitif alongside light canapés, poultry confit with pears, scallops, freshwater fish, aged cheeses, or light desserts.
