Aromas are honeyed with notes of lemon and mineral chalky stone layered over ripe apple, dry on the palate with a delicate mouthfeel and vibrant, dominant acidity carrying it to a clean finish. Medium-bodied and tense, it's built for freshness rather than weight. Perfect with shellfish and fresh salads, layered crab salad with fennel, or simply as an apéritif though it can cut through richer seafood preparations too.
Domaine Zinck sits in Eguisheim, one of Alsace's loveliest medieval villages, where Philippe Zinck (now joined by his wife Pascale) farms 17 hectares certified biodynamic.
