Côtes de Gascogne IGP, South-West France - 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Syrah
This light, bright red shows purple highlights and bursts with fresh red fruit, morello cherry and raspberry. The palate is balanced and juicy, with fine, elegant tannins and a gentle hint of spice. It’s named for St-Amand, the Gascon hamlet where the Grassa family story began, and the family has cared for the estate since 1912. Pair it with tapas, meat tartare, terrine or marinated grilled meats. Serve it with a slight chill for easy sipping.
