Aromas of raspberry, cherry, and strawberry, with violets and a little pepper and dried herb. The palate, ripe raspberry and candied cherry. Light and fresh, full of red fruit and flowers, with a savoury herb note and a touch of spice. Juicy, fresh, made in tiny quantities, and honestly just fun to drink. Put it in the fridge for twenty minutes and serve it with roast or braised chicken, a picnic, or anything off the barbecue — a charcuterie board and good bread also does the trick.
