Roussillon, France – 100% Syrah
Aromas open with notes of redcurrant and small red fruits, followed by crunchy blackberries, violets and white pepper. The palate is ample and generous, with silky tannins carrying that same fruit through to a smooth, easygoing finish. Perfect with tapas, or alongside escalivada, rosemary skewers, white or red meats, or a cheese board.
Grown across two terroirs of rolled pebble high terraces on clay soil and sandy silty ground. The wine is organic and made without added sulphites, vinified at low temperature to preserve its natural aromatics.
