Undergoing fermentation and maceration under controlled conditions, followed by aging in French oak barrels for 12 months and bottle maturation for 6 months. This results in a wine with decisive character, evident tannic concentration, and a strong profile, especially when young. Ideal with roasted red meats, elaborate dishes, and aged cheeses, it's best enjoyed at 18° C in large glasses.
