Touraine, France – 100% Gamay
Aromas open with fresh raspberries and a garden after the rain. On the palate you'll find black cherry, a little sprinkle of nutmeg and a fresh, lively backbone that keeps you going back for another sip, finishing with a lovely stony, earthy touch. Part of the harvest is fermented as whole bunches, which is where all that juicy energy comes from, and the tannins are soft and gentle.
Great with a grazing board piled with charcuterie, berries, and cheese. It's also fantastic with steak frites, herby roast chicken, mushroom toast, or a relaxed pizza night with friends.
