An expressive white blend which offers aromas of citrus zest, green apple, and white flowers, with subtle hints of tropical fruits and herbs. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with crisp acidity, showcasing flavours of pear, citrus, and a mineral backbone, complemented by a touch of toasted nuts from gentle oak aging. Serve well-chilled at 8–10 °C. Ideal pairings include grilled seafood, roasted poultry, soft cheeses, and Mediterranean-style salads.
