Earthy tones emerge, with hints of dried rosemary, thyme, crushed stone, and a touch of tobacco. Flavours of black cherry, blackcurrant, and raspberry compote followed by dark chocolate, cedar, and toast add depth, while a balanced acidity lifts the fruit, bringing freshness to a lingering finish with baking spices and a hint of balsamic.
