Okanagan Valley, BC – 100% Pinot Gris
Aromas of Granny Smith apple and a stony minerality open up to citrus and melon. Pear, peach blossom and lemon carry through to a wonderfully long finish. Hand-harvested from Dragon Mountain Vineyard, a small family plot in Summerland, then whole-bunch pressed, fermented cool and rested on lees for two months for extra texture.
Try it with grilled halibut, or a cozy roast chicken and fries night. Grilled prawns and chicken piccata work beautifully too.
