Umbria IGT, Italy – 100% Sangiovese
Said to be “the blood of Jupiter,” Sangiovese delivers classic aromas of rose and violet, alongside bright cherry and plum. The palate is medium-bodied with juicy red fruit, fresh acidity, soft tannins, and a persistent finish. Great with polenta, salami, seasoned pecorino, grilled meats, pasta, or roast beef. Gently destemmed grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine is aged on fine lees for six months before bottling, capturing freshness and gentle texture.
