On the palate, it is bone-dry and creamy, with a chalky minerality and a touch of red cherry and caramel. Perfect for fresh seafood, sushi, or as an elegant aperitif. Crafted from organically farmed grapes, this Champagne undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. The wine is unfined and unfiltered, with no acidification or deacidification.
